And the Creators of the Invisible Children of the Congo

What are we doing as individuals in the African-American community to help our brothers and sisters and the children of Africa as well as the those within our own communities. I ask this question as much of myself as to anyone else. It is not good enough nor acceptable to point a finger at the man or woman across from us and assume that they are doing something in our stead. If three young men of the Caucasian race of the human race can step up and take notice and action can’t we as well? SHOULDN’T WE? Even if it is the kid across the hall from us who may not be getting enough to eat, or have someone there to point them in a positive directions, or to help them with their homework and encourage them to excel.
With so many hurdles that face our young especially those in the minority community here and in Africa shouldn’t we, as a race, do our part to help one another over those hurdles that seem too high to straddle.
